The ESN Group Homes were developed by the State of Indiana to meet the needs of individuals with intensive behavioral and medical needs. Spectrum is responsible for three of the 15 ESN Group Homes that exist statewide. The ultimate goal of these homes is to support the individuals we serve, so that they may successfully transition to less restrictive community living.
