Tisha Harman ~ Health Care Coordinator

Tisha's first job in the nursing field was at Blanchard Valley Center in Findlay, Ohio.  Tisha was one of a team of nurses responsible for the health care needs of the adult residents living there with developmental disabilities.  Tisha knew immediately this was the field Tisha wanted to stay in.  However, after 18 months, my husband’s employment relocated to Indiana.  Since moving to Indiana, Tisha worked in a nursing home and a treatment facility for at-risk adolescent girls.  It was when the treatment facility closed that Tisha heard of Spectrum.  Tisha was instantly excited about the position.  Tisha is thrilled to have another opportunity to work in this field and look forward to being part of a team helping achieve the goals of our clients.
